The displayed prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The purchase price on the invoice will be the same as the one confirmed by the sales consultant or, in the case of online credit card payments, the price displayed at the time of purchase.
There is no minimum order value required.
5. Limitation of Liability for Product Warranties
Products purchased through this website benefit from the warranty provided by each brand’s supplier, in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
Each product will be accompanied by the manufacturer’s warranty certificate, ensuring service either directly or through authorized representatives.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by Romanian courts, with jurisdiction in Pitești Municipality.
By agreeing to this Customer Agreement, the client fully accepts these risks.
9. Promotions, Contests, Sweepstakes, and Discounts
WaveIT does not offer or accept the accumulation of multiple discounts for customers, except in special cases explicitly communicated or negotiated by company representatives.
Products already on promotion cannot receive additional discounts, except in specific situations communicated or negotiated directly with the seller.
